BREMEN — Beginning April 20 the Bremen Police Department will increase seatbelt patrols throughout Marshall County as part of the state’s Rural Demonstration Project (RDP) — in conjunction with the annual effort which aims to increase seatbelt usage by motorists in rural counties with the highest percentage of unrestrained fatalities.
